In order to brighten everyone’s Monday, I’m sharing an absolutely amazing dish with you today! Here’s my take on the infamous Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass! Though I only discovered Chilean sea bass after I moved to the US, it quickly became one of my favorites. For some reason, this type of fish isn’t popular at all in France. Sellfishly, I guess that’s not such a bad thing though. Since it is an endangered species, the less people eat it, the more likely it is that we’ll be able to enjoy it for a long time! Yep. You read that correctly. I said it. Spaghetti Squash Pad Thai! And I would even venture as far as saying that this is probably one of the best recipes I have posted in a while. School is back in session since Wednesday and I’m still trying to enjoy my last days of freedom before all of my assignments start to kick in. Since “enjoying my time” most certainly means cooking to me, I’ve been trying to make new recipes in my brand new kitchen everyday. It’s been so fun to experiment with new ingredients and come up with new flavor combinations. Like this one for example!
