Aristotle once said: “The whole is greater than the sum of its parts,” and this one-pot recipe is basically the literal illustration of it. At the risk of outshining my earlier posts of the week, this has got to be one of the best dishes I have ever made. Hands down. There wasn’t a single couscous grain left in my plate, and it left me craving for more. Bottom line is: if I had my own restaurant, this would be on the menu. Have I convinced you to try it yet? Long time, no post. I just got back from an amazing trip to Turkey and brought back a ton of recipes and inspiration for delicious dishes with me. Lemony Ricotta, Basil and Thyme Linguine

recettebilingue My recent stay in Corsica was great! I got to enjoy some much needed time off under the sun with my friends and family. I caught up on my summer reading by the pool and on my sleep in a hammoc. Oh how good life can be! Being back in Paris quickly brought me back to reality though, a.k.a rain eveyday, and work. So as an attempt to bring back some good summer vibes and reminisce about Corsican days, I decided to make a summery pasta dish.
